Features: Electro-magnetic hold open 24V DC Hold open 75° to 175°. Allows a fire door to be held open electro-mechanically to provide free flow of traffic. However in the event of the fire alarm sounding (or a power failure) the magnet is released and the door closer will close the fire door securely.
Adjustable sweep speed. Adjustable latch speed. Fixed backcheck.
CE marked. Successful independently tested to BS EN 1155.
CERTIFIRE approved for fire doors: ITT60 MM/IMM240.
