International shipping

We deliver to homes and trade or businesses in over 60 countries throughout Europe, North America, Asia, Australasia, Middle East and Africa. Orders can be placed online for select countries and through email, we welcome all enquires. We don't ship items over 1.5 meters internationally.

Please note:  The shipping costs are subject to change at any given time. The reason for this change may be due to the heavy or large items are ordered and variable costs of customs and handling fees we will have to re-quote the shipping cost to ensure that we are not incurring any losses. We are always working to find ways to keep our shipping costs competitive and provide you with the best possible service.

ORDERING ONLINE FROM NORTH AMERICA

* North America countries available to order online include United States of America (USA) and Canada.
* The average lead-time and shipping cost is 3 working days and £40.50 respectively.
* The shipping cost may be changed at any given time, you (customers) may be re-quoted the shipping cost if customs and handing cost are hignger than usual or heavy or large items are ordered.

* We don't ship items over 1.5 meters to North America or internationally.

Customers from the rest of North America will have to email us their orders or enquiries.

ORDERING FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION
* The lead-time is 3 to 7 working days due to the EU custom delays.
* Shipping cost varies from £13.50.
* It is free delivery on most orders over £400.
* Companies are required to provide thier EORI no.
* Customer are responsible for duties and taxes on the goods ordered therefore this will be paid for by the consignee or recipient.

The shipping cost may be changed at any given time, you (customers) may be re-quoted the shipping cost if heavy or large items are ordered.

* We don't ship items over 1.5 meters to Australia or internationally.

SHIPPING TO MIDDLE EAST, ASIA, AFRICA AND SOUTH AMERICA.
We offer limited shipping service to select countries from Middle East, Asia, Africa and South America. Customers from the rest of world will have to email us their orders or enquiries.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping prices may vary depending on the weight, length and packaging required for what is ordered and this allows us to provide customers with the most cost-effective prices from renowned and trusted carriers such UPS, TNT and DHL.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

We may decline to ship orders of a certain weight and length, for example;
* We do not ship orders with items over 2 meters long and additonal charges may apply for orders with items longer than 1.5 meters.
* Items weighing 10kg or more will be limited to 4 items or even less in some cases.
* We do not ship hazardous items such as the glass cleaners.
* Customers may order heavy or items over 2.5 meters only if they arrange collection from our warehouse.

Arranging collection
Customers from all over the world are welcome to arrange collection from our warehouse once we have received a payment for the order, customers will be provided with the packaging details and all the necessary information required. There is no limitation to the size and weight of the order if the customer chooses to arrange to collect from our warehouse.

Please note: Only goods dispatched or shipped by us are excluded from VAT, we will require you(customer) to provide a manifest for exporting the goods if you are arranging the collection and the goods can only we collection by a carrier as we will require copies of the shipping paperwork.

ORDERING THROUGH EMAIL
Customers ordering through email are required to provide the information below;
* Details of the product(s) and quantities they are ordering or inquiring about.
* Full shipping address including telephone contact.
* We will reply with a proforma invoice along with the payment options.

Payment options
The preferred payment option is through bank transfer, bank transfer charges may apply to some orders over £100.

We offer an alternative to paying by a credit/debit card, however, this option is limited to specific countries and to orders under £300.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee.

Please be advised that we do not take responsibility for any damages to goods during transit on all international orders. However, we ensure that all goods very sufficiently packaged.

RETURNS POLICY
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 28 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) for a full refund on the product cost. Do this by contacting us via email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example if the goods are faulty.

Any goods returned should have the original packaging and in saleable condition. These terms apply to every order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affects your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
